W ith the constant barrage of negative, often inaccurate and even downright misleading propaganda that the mainstream media constantly puts out about Iran, most Americans would probably find it surprising that Iranians harbor no ill will for the American people.

The Iranian and U.S. wrestling teams have provided both countries with a rare opportunity to see that this is the case, through an ancient sport that has the potential to form bonds between the people, if not the politicians.

Let this stand as a proud moment of connection and sportsmanship in contrast to a vast sea of shameful nastiness perpetrated by the governments of these two proud nations.
